Fabric is very soft, stretchy, and silky...almost like athletic wear or spandex (tag lists 100% cotton). The only thing I could see as being annoying to some people are the knee patches. They are not sew on the edge, but rather a quarter inch or so from the edge, so the fabric could fold over a little. I bought up several sizes, so cannot comment on the size accuracy at this time.
